My Journey

Three years ago I started my fitness journey simply because I wanted to feel better in my body and build a healthier lifestyle.At the time I believed my “skinny-fat” body composition was just genetics and something that couldn’t change.Through consistent training, learning how to fuel my body and building sustainable habits, everything started to transform.Recently I even stepped on stage to compete in my first bodybuilding competition something I never imagined when I started.Now I help other women build strong bodies, confidence and sustainable habits through structured training and nutrition.
